Mel D - Orange
A bright voice, an electronic undercurrent, and a tug-of-war you can’t quite see
The music in “Orange” takes on a life of its own. Layers of electronics float below the bright voice of Zurich-based singer-songwriter Mel D, sometimes pushing her forward, sometimes holding her back. It is a complex song, delivered in a beautifully simple way.
