Cassie Wieland, aka Vines, is a songwriter and composer based in New York City whose best-known song, "Being Loved Isn't the Same as Being Understood," is mostly ambient. Her new track "Evicted", the first single off her debut album, I'll Be Here, features sparse lyrics and a slow, mesmerizing build. Add the video that morphs from a visualizer to a can-not-look-away story for an immersive experience.

Cassie says:

’Evicted’ is the first song with lyrics that I wrote for this record. It's about going through a transitional period in your life and not knowing where it's going. I'm reflecting on the insecurity and discomfort that can come with healing.
