Norwegian band Remington Super 60 have been refining their sound since the early 2000s, shaped by the enduring creative partnership between Christoffer Schou and vocalist Elisabeth Thorsen. Their latest single, "Time to Breathe," not only made us fall in love with their sound but sent us straight into the rest of their catalog.
The opening bars arrive with a mesmerizing beat in the spirit of LCD Soundsystem, before the mood shifts as Thorsen’s vocals bring in something lighter and effortlessly charming. Halfway through, the track takes another cool turn, all while never losing its hypnotic grip.

"'Time to Breathe' is a little more energetic than our usual dream‑pop leanings — built around a groovy bassline and our singer’s soft, airy vocals. It was recorded in my living‑room studio, surrounded by guitars, basses, and a pile of well‑worn 80s Casio and Yamaha toy keyboards that have quietly shaped our sound over the years."
