Even though it’s rooted in my personal experience, I think a lot of people know the feeling of ‘winning’ or ‘losing’ a breakup - whether romantic or platonic. The message is that relationships affect people differently, and if you spend too much time comparing your path to someone else's, it can feel like a competition. But really, it’s not about winners or losers - it’s about letting go of that mindset.
