Slaney Bay - Missed Your Call

"Missed Your Call" is stage four of the one-night love drama that the London quartet Slaney Bay recounts in their new EP The Long Way Home. The stadium-ready indie rock anthem tells the story of confusion and misunderstanding when things take a turn for the worse.

Singer Cait Whitley gives us some background about the EP:

“‘The Long Way Home’ details a night from start to finish. From the extroverted highs of palpable romantic tension with your crush at a party, to the loneliness of the solitary journey home. To us, ‘the long way home’ represents us experiencing the whole range of human emotion. We go through vulnerability, exhilaration and existential dread all in one night. But we arrive home with a better understanding of ourselves. While a shortcut may have been easier, the long way home taught us valuable lessons.”
