The London-via-Brooklyn singer-songwriter Rachel Chevat, also known as Rainlights, consistently infuses her intimate, intricately produced songs with a touch of melancholy. Her new track "Somewhere" is no different, even though it is about the fleeting moment of happiness when everything falls into place.

I wrote ‘Somewhere’ during a moment of giddiness, during a moment where I felt seen. This song is about clarity– the happiness of understanding that the best connections come from those who hear the real you, who are drawn to all of who you are–the good, the bad, and even the awkward.
