The new song by NYC-based singer/songwriter Lily Hain is a straightforward, sing-along indie pop banger. „You’re just Mad!“ is the first new release since Fatal Flaws, Lily‘s stellar 2024 debut album.

She says:

You’re Just Mad! was inspired by an encounter I had with someone I used to be friends. This "friend" never really acted like a friend. She talked about me behind my back, lied about me, among other things and I realized that I deserved better. This song is for anybody who has ever had a frienemie. It’s an anthem about taking back your power and paying no mind to people who only want to bring you down.
