In "Make It Easy," layers of sound come together like strands of memory. Happiness, drama, fear, and menace – you have it all. Nothing seems easy here, despite Helen Ganya's repeated call to make it otherwise.

Helen explains:

‘Make it Easy’ is a song I wrote as we came to the end of a year, and we all feel obliged to sum up our whole year, to filter it down into an essence, a spray. But how can you make it that easy?! I always feel the need to drill down into it, to unspool the feelings and to uncover its messiness. So no, I can’t make it easy!

After last year’s Share Your Care, the Brighton-based singer/songwriter released the four-song EP Long Lost Highway with the support of the PRS Foundation’s Women Make Music fund.
