[**SUM SUN**](https://new.glamglare.com/artist/sum-sun?ref=glamglare.com)’s “Rendezvous” arrives with a bright, restless pulse and a little MGMT-adjacent shimmer, the kind of song that feels made for a Friday, a dance floor, or the first night of a vacation. Sunny, flirty, and built for movement, it features hypnotic repetition and guitars that seem to catch the light from every angle.

SUM SUN are **Nick Benton** and **Ilan Pomerance**, and “Rendezvous” is the title track from their debut full-length album, [*Rendezvous*](https://new.glamglare.com/album/sum-sun-rendezvous?ref=glamglare.com), out December 4\. They share:

> “We’ve spent the last few years finding our sound and figuring out exactly what we want SUM SUN to be. ‘Rendezvous’ feels like the moment it all came together for us. It brings the sound, energy, and world we’ve been building into one complete statement. This record feels like the clearest picture yet of who we are: nostalgic, euphoric, restless, and always chasing summer.”

The New York-based duo continues:

> “The single ‘Rendezvous’ captures the instant spark of meeting someone you can’t get out of your head. The exchanged glances, mixed signals, and rush of wondering where it could all lead. Carefree, flirtatious, and euphoric, it feels like golden hour spilling into a night you don’t want to end.”

That feeling carries into the official video, directed by Camille DZY and Rowan Cassandra Lin, which matches the song’s playful, celebratory spirit. Listen to “Rendezvous,” our Song Pick of the Day.
