Despite its melancholic lyrics and overall wistful feel, “Where Do We Go From Here?” also offers sparkles of optimism thanks a beautiful surfer vibe. This is a song that could have only been made at a place defined by endless summers and mild winters. “Where Do We Go From Here?” marks the new single by [**Lannigan**](https://www.facebook.com/lanniganmusic), the studio project of Syndey-based singer/songwriter **Ben Roach** in collaboration with his high school friend and producer **Luke Payne**.

We asked Roach to tell us a bit about the inspiration to “Where Do We Go From Here?” and he reveals:

> “The song was written about a relationship that I was in that wasn’t progressing anywhere. It’s about the uncertainty in a relationship when you’re not sure if staying or going is the right thing to do.”
