# SONG PICK: Heartour - Brain

Now more than usual there are moments when our brain works against us, when negative thoughts are stuck and weigh us down. Jason Young aka [**Heartour**](https://heartour.com/?ref=glamglare.com) sings about this condition in his new song “Brain,” but he also offers a good cure at the same time: a jolt of energy and joy in form of a grand, arpeggio-heavy synth-pop track, ideal to break out of any mental deadlock.
