# SONG PICK: HÆLOS - Boy / Girl

Back in 2016 the London-based trio [**HÆLOS**](http://haelos.com/?ref=glamglare.com) blew us away when we saw them live for the first time at during SXSW and consequently their debut album “Full Circle” was our favorite album that year. Now a four-piece they are about to release their second record “Any Random Kindness” on May 10\. The third single “Boy / Girl”, a dark, futuristic track about relationships in the age of technology is a natural fit for the alternating vocals of singers Lotti Benardout and Arthur Delaney. The band gives some background:

> “Boy / Girl” was one of the first songs we finished writing for Any Random Kindness. It’s about the breakdown of a relationship in the digital age and a retreat into the comforts of technology. A conversation between a boy and a girl filled with all the feelings of sadness and frustration at their inability to connect.
