From a song title like “Be Happy”, one is inclined to expect some over-the-top upbeat, heavily sugar-coated tune yet this one is chill and laid-back, slightly melancholic even at times. No surprise here, because this super gorgeous track has a different idea behind it: “Be Happy is about finally reaching the point of acceptance and seeing things objectively. You wake up one day and feel that you can let go of the hurt, anger, sadness, and whatever else is holding you back from moving on.” says singer and electronic producer [**FRND**](https://www.facebook.com/frnd69) about his latest single.

What makes “Be Happy” stand-out most are the intriguingly soft and beautiful vocals as well as the surprising chord progressions and overall instrumentation. As much as I wish the person in the song to be happy, I for one am already happy by listening to this stunning track, our Song Pick of the Day:
