Exquisite finger picking, enchanting vocals and a melody so beautiful it makes your heart ache. The new single “Real Estate” by singer/songwriter **[Adam Melchor](https://www.facebook.com/adammelchor/)** pulls all the right strings to be as unforgettable as it is addictive. Great Sufjan Stevens vibes going on here too.

The artist says the following about his song:

> “I wrote ‘Real Estate’ on one of my first drives from New Jersey to California. I was at a rest stop in Texas, and looked at my winter attire and realized I would be needing less of it from that point on. This song is the personification of moving; moving to a place where you don’t \[know\] what’s going to happen, and moving from a place where you don’t know how much is going to be there if you come back.”

It also seems as if New Jersey-native Adam Melchor had to move away, in order to find the attention and recognition he and his music deserve.
