[**Rebekka Louise**](https://new.glamglare.com/artist/rebekka-louise?ref=glamglare.com) gives voice to uncertainty with striking resolve on “all in my head.” The Oslo artist pairs strummed guitar with a pensive mood, capturing the exhausting work of questioning your own feelings when someone has given you every reason to doubt them. Her delivery has a resilience that makes the song’s melancholy all the more affecting.

At its center are those familiar, dismissive phrases: “you are being dramatic” and “it's not that bad”. As guilt slowly turns to anger, the repeated title begins to feel like a challenge to that dismissal. Yet the song circles back to its beginnings, where insecurity takes hold again. That unresolved struggle gives “all in my head” its emotional pull: recognizing what happened doesn’t necessarily mean you can stop questioning yourself.
