It was also the first one that saw a returning band: New York three-piece [**Council**](http://www.councilband.com/?ref=glamglare.com) rocked The Delancey once more and proved that they are ready for bigger stages. Like Council – all three members are brothers – the second act [**Phone Home**](https://www.facebook.com/phonehomeband/) is a family affair: the Vallarelli brothers man keyboards and drums for energetic instrumental tracks that fall somewhere between electronics and jazz. Last up was a long time favorite of ours: Brooklyn three-piece [**Lantrns**](https://www.facebook.com/lantrns/) played their atmospheric blend of electronic beats and guitar melodies.
