Marylou Mayniel has been making music in Paris under the name [**Oklou**](https://glamglare.com/artist/oklou?ref=glamglare.com) since 2014\. Her first solo single since 2020, “family and Friends,” is a beautifully restrained, ethereal synth-pop track that eschews drums or percussion for the most part.
