[**Grace Savage**](https://gracesavageofficial.com/?ref=glamglare.com) is a multifaceted artist and here at glamglare we fell in love with her as a singer/songwriter when she released [“Medusa”](https://wp.glamglare.com/music/2017/04/03/song-pick-grace-savage-medusa/?ref=glamglare.com) earlier this year. Yes, it is “Dreamy Electro Pop” ([Apple Music](https://itun.es/us/qV6olb?ref=glamglare.com) | [Spotify](https://open.spotify.com/album/1FSQl4tnjfw7zQHhMDMJpD?ref=glamglare.com) | [SoundCloud](https://soundcloud.com/grace-savage-official/sets/savage-grace-ep-2017?ref=glamglare.com)), but she puts an edge to it that makes her music stand out from other tunes under that label.

Check out “King Of The Jungle” to hear what we mean:

Grace plays a few dates in the U.K. right now and we can only hope that eventually she makes it over the Atlantic. In the meantime, check out our Q&A, where she gives some hints where she musically is coming from:

***Q: In three words, how would you describe your sound?***
A: Dreamy Electro Pop

***Q: What was the last song that got stuck in your head?***
A: Pop Goes The Weasel (sorry)

***Q: Do you have a song from your childhood, one you always enjoy hearing again?***
A: Anything from Pinks first album “Take me Home” always takes me right back to me yut.

***Q: What was the first album you have ever bought? Digital, vinyl, CD or cassette tape?***
A: Cassette Tape – No Doubt “Don’t Speak”

***Q: Is there a song you’d like to cover? With your beatboxing talents something from Björk’s Medulla comes to mind…***
A: I was messing around with Tweet and Missy Elliots “oops (oh my)” in the studio today…think that might be appearing in the set later this year 😉

***Q: What’s your songwriting process like? What comes first, melody or lyrics?***
A: I have thousands of pre written lyrics that I draw from in sessions but usually always start with a melody and then add these lyrics on top.

***Q: If you could have any musical instrument in the world, which one would it be and why?***
A: A massive harp because it would look ridiculous on my tiny flat and no one could play it when we had dinner parties.

***Q: If you could choose to live in a decade (music, style, etc.) which one would it be?***
A: I’m all about the 90’s!

Thank you, Grace! We would love to be invited to that dinner party.
