Breathtakingly gorgeous, with a heavy dose of melancholy and totally mesmerizing that is “Back Up a Minute, the new single by L.A. indie-rockers [**Former Faces**](https://www.facebook.com/formerfaces/). Being an artist, vocalist **Ryan Parmenter** is able to put his feelings and thoughts into words, providing the following background to the astonishing track: *“I wrote ‘Back Up a Minute’ a few weeks ago shortly after the death of my grandfather. The verses are a final conversation I wish we’d had, and the choruses are a reminder that loss is a universal experience. At some point, we all long to move on.”*
