Our Mondo Friday was cut short for several reasons, but we managed to get into [**Pianos**](http://www.pianosnyc.com/?ref=glamglare.com) to see London band [**Organised Scum**](http://www.organisedscum.co.uk/?ref=glamglare.com), who convinced especially with their newer material.

After a quick dinner break and a glimpse at [**The Everymen**](https://www.facebook.com/TheEverymen/), [**Carnival Youth**](https://www.facebook.com/TheEverymen/) took the stage. The young Latvian four-piece were on their first trip to New York and I’m sure we were not the only ones they could win over as new fans: their smart brand of indie pop with multi-way vocals, foremost by drummer Edgars Kaupers are catchy and delightful.
