**[Mieke Miami](https://glamglare.com/artist/mieke-miami?ref=glamglare.com)** hails from Northern Germany, a place that is not easily connected with an airy, sun-drenched track like “Whispering Pines.” However, she conceived the song on a quiet vacation in Irland, so that may be where the dolce-far-niente vibes come from. From there, she took the music to her band, which jammed “Whispering Pines” into existence with several instruments played by Mieke herself.
