**[Lara Jones](https://glamglare.com/artist/lara-jones?ref=glamglare.com)** is a saxophonist by trade, but in the title track for her new EP *[Fig](https://glamglare.com/album/lara-jones-fig?ref=glamglare.com)*, she goes all out on high-energy electronics. The track is almost an instrumental, but Lara used recordings of her voice to make a point. She explains:

> “I wanted to be bolder with this EP in how I presented my message, I chose to use my voice audibly for the first time and ultimately aimed to start a conversation about queer love and identity from an intimate perspective.”
