"I’m Not Gonna Cry" by Canadian pop singer and songwriter [**JESSIA**](https://new.glamglare.com/artist/jessia?ref=glamglare.com), is not just " another break-up song" but serves as a beautifully upbeat pop anthem about resilience and making it through all the pain intact and maybe even stronger. This is great music paired with smart and relatable lyrics, like:   
*It's gonna get better // It's gonna get worse* 
*But imma keep dancing // As if it doesn't hurt* 

I came across JESSIA roughly one year ago, when she released the pensive "[One Before the One](https://www.glamglare.com/music/jessia-one-before-the-one/)," where I was already impressed with her lyricism. So, I am happy to know that JESSIA continues putting out pop pearls. Asked about "I’m Not Gonna Cry," JESSIA says:
