# Hachiku - Fun For Everyone

Only three more weeks before [**Hachiku**](https://new.glamglare.com/artist/hachiku?ref=glamglare.com)'s album drops at the end of the month, but still time to release yet another beautiful little gem, the joyous "Fun For Everyone." The track offers a pulsating bead that's impossible to escape and **Anika Ostendorf**'s (Hachiku) vocals are mesmerizing every single time. Together with "[Tell Your Friends You Love Them](https://www.glamglare.com/music/hachiku-tell-your-friends-you-love-them/)" and "[Time Wasted Worrying](https://www.glamglare.com/music/hachiku-time-wasted-worrying/)," the new single can be found on [*The Joys of Being Pure at Heart*](https://new.glamglare.com/album/hachiku-the-joys-of-being-pure-at-heart?ref=glamglare.com). While I am excited about this album, I am equally thrilled to have learned that Hachiku comes stateside to play SXSW in Austin, TX, and[The Great Escape Festival](https://greatescapefestival.com/line-up/?ref=glamglare.com) in Brighton. See you there! Asked about her new single, Hachiku says:

> “*This song is our ‘a little bit sexy, a little bit raunchy, slightly out-of-character, opposite to death metal’ heavy rock song with bassoon. It took me a long time to figure out my sexuality, in the very essence that it is fluid, which I think is because I didn’t have any queer role models where I grew up so I didn’t know all the places sexuality could go. Over the years it’s morphed from asexual, to gay, to demisexual - I'm still discovering it day by day. The song is a little bit like a tongue-in-cheek roleplay of who I either wish I was or feel like I should be based on society’s expectations of how attraction traditionally works - I do have crushes and fall in love and experience sexual attraction, just in my own way!*”
