# Glasser - Om

NYC singer and producer Cameron Mesirow, aka [**Glasser**](https://glamglare.com/artist/glasser?ref=glamglare.com) released her third album [*crux*](https://glamglare.com/album/glasser-crux?ref=glamglare.com), last fall and follows up with a deluxe version with six more songs this September. Such a deep dive into an artist’s work is typically a treat for superfans; however, the first single, “Om,” suggests that Cameron thinks more of a sequel. The ethereal, cinematic track connects to the theme of the original album and makes you curious about what else she has still hidden on her hard disk.

Cameron explains:

> “Om is a track that I wrote when I was bursting with new songs after the death of my friend Noah, my first love from back home died suddenly and I watched his burial on Zoom. He showed me so many first things in life, and he was the first close person to me to die, that I felt so mentally, physically, and emotionally connected to.”
