# Fen Doi - New Horizon

“New Horizon” by [**Fen Doi**](https://glamglare.com/artist/fen-doi?ref=glamglare.com) is a lush, sweeping piece of synthpop that takes you under its wings and places little bubbles of happiness everywhere. Fen Doi is the project of producer, drummer, and vocalist **Neil Lauper,** at home in Zurich, Switzerland, and “New Horizon” marks the last single and title track from his just-released debut album [New Horizon](https://open.spotify.com/album/64NwclPq6cBylp4gdS0Abt?si=wu91A0yVSB21d3Feb9oOSQ&ref=glamglare.com). Speaking about the album’s cover created with Zurich local illustrator and designer **Frederik Bauer,** Neil says:

> “It depicts a dark, digital and somewhat polished room that entails a window or screen that almost feels like a portal, leading to the real world, where new beginnings are just one step away. The whole artwork has a museal vibe to it and is situated somewhere between the digital and the analog, or the electronic and the organic world.”
