# MUSIC QUOTES: David Bowie and New York

Back in 1990, Oliver and I were lucky enough to see David Bowie during his “[Sound and Vision](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sound%2BVision%5FTour?ref=glamglare.com)” tour: we drove from Munich to Ulm to see him headlining an amazing line-up (Pixies among others). This is so long ago, yet I remember the concert vividly because it was… everything an unforgettable live show is!  
In lieu of any own photos of David Bowie, I decided on one of his many memorable quotes and put it on a photo of the city that is home to so many of us:
