[Otzeki](https://www.facebook.com/otzeki/), comprised of two cousins based in London, just released their second single after their debut of the playful Vampire Weekend-ish *Cancel It All*. Their new track *Falling Out* is more laid-back, with relaxed guitar lines, hauntingly beautiful tenor to falsetto vocals yet an overall chill feel.
