The beginning of the song faintly evokes some of Jean-Michel Jarre’s greatest hits yet when the vocals set in, I feel remembered of a different band, one of my fav 80s favorites: Simple Minds. In essence though *Breathless* is a lovely contemporary single, with a lot of longing and atmosphere, and our Song Pick of the Day.
